
BASIC LAMB
PACK
Our 'Basic Pack', as the name suggests, is a traditional cut of your animal into familiar cuts such as cutlets, loin chops, forequarter chops, shanks, and leg roast, etc. Your offcuts, however, are put into either mince or plain sausages at no extra cost, with thin and thick skins available. Packing is clearly labeled and packed with approximately 8-10 chops per bag, 1kg packs of mince or sausages, and roasts packed in individual bags.

PREMIUM LAMB PACK
The 'Premium Pack' is a fully customizable pack that allows you to have a complete butcher shop experience right in your own paddock. We are happy to tailor every cut to your specific needs, such as diced lamb, crumbed cutlets, boneless roast, flavored sausages, and marinated chops, just to name a few! Packaging can also be altered to suit your requirements. This is a great option for people looking for some out-of-the-box ideas and who enjoy experimenting with their cooking.
